"I ordered a pouf in February. In May I still had not received it and was told it would be there in a few weeks. By the end of May I was sick of waiting and asked for a refund. On July 9th I was told I’d have my refund in 48 hours. It is July 22nd and I have no pouf, no refund, and no responses."
"Delivery was prompt with excellent information regarding a possible delay. One small glass tube arrived broken. I called them and they promptly and happily replaced it without any problems. They were soooo nice about it. I would highly recommend them. Outstanding service."

I placed an order in April and until now, I haven't received my order. I followed up three times already and they gave me a tracking no. It clearly shows that the item was delivered to a wrong address. It seems like that the customer service rep is not even reading the tracking details. They give the same answer every time I call, we will check with the warehouse. Very disappointed! "
"BUYERS BEWARE. If I could, I would give this experience 0 stars. This is the worst online retail experience I have ever had. They do not honor replacements if the item is damaged. You will have to wait 4-5 months to get a replacement and deal with the worst customer service experience in terms of executing an exchange. The delivery partner they work with is an absolute joke. You will receive an item that is damaged, but won't know because you're not going to want to pay $400 for white glove delivery aka they unpack the item for you. When you do receive the replacement, it will also be damaged...save yourself the hassle

After over a month I still had not received the rest of items, sent a couple of emails to them to ask for status and no response anymore. Very regret ordering from this site."

"I have ordered 3 time swith burkedecor over the last 2 years finishing our new home. Every order has been a better experience then the last. I initially bought wallpaper for a laundry room renovation, and it is the most commented on room in our house because of it. I also ordered a one of a kind vases by a local LA artist that I wouldn't have been able to find elsewhere. It took a few weeks (custom made to order) but it is one of my favorite collectibles of all time and was so worth the wait. I've called with question about other items and have received all the help needed and more. Thanks for a great store."
"Shipped table but without legs...
Today finally I got the table after waiting a month. I was happy that it was delivered early morning by pilot until I open the box. I opened the box and realized it’s only the table top with no legs. Really???? I called the shipping company and they said they've no idea and called Burke Decor and they have no idea where the second box is and I was told to take a picture and e-mail them, which I did, I received a call and they said they're figuring it out and now I don't know when it will be delivered. Which website takes a month to deliver and takes 3 weeks to ship in the US? Very very frustrating."

"I ordered a gift and had it sent to a relative’s address. First off, my package took over a month to get to it’s destination. When it did arrive, it was broken. I sent an email to their customer service and was asked to send a photo. I promptly did so and waited a week.. no response. I wrote a follow up email and waited another week.. no response. I finally decided to call and gave the lady on the other side of the line my order number. She told me that a new item was waiting to be shipped out but they needed to verify the address; why wouldn’t I have been emailed about this? I got no apology but instead was treated as though I was the problem. Would not reccomend. "
"They drop ship most or all that they sell so shipping is beyond slow. They have never credited me for an order I never received. Will be charging item back to my CC as they have not responded to emails. Avoid at all costs!"
"I've made two purchases from Burkedecor - both were for items that I found at West Elm / Anthropology that were listed not only cheaper at Burkedecor, but also with better shipping options.
I had a console that I had been eyeing at West Elm, used Pinterest to find similar consoles and found the exact same console at Burkedecor for cheaper with a HUGE deal on shipping. I will continue to cross reference any big furniture purchases and go to Burkedecor for final ordering.
