There are too many (good) retailers online to even think of putting up with this!
I ordered 8 weeks ago (entering 9th week) and in that time frame didn't get ONE email, phone call or any other form of the millions of possible communications to let me know anything. I called 3 times and was told that "someone" would send me an email with a tracking number... still waiting. Finally asked for a refund. Same treatment.
If you want a lesson in frustration, go for it. NEVER AGAIN."
"Terrible experience. After 2 1/2 weeks of asking for tracking info they finally tell me that they don't have my items available. I immediately asked for a refund. After another 2 1/2 weeks later they still haven't given my money back."
