"I saw a promotion buy 2 happy feet get one free. I put all three that I wanted to get in my cart. Two were the gray black and white striped ones and the third pair was a black pair. When I went to pay for it all three were there and when they arrive and I only got the two striped ones . When I wrote to Customer Service and complain they told me that I didn't add it to my cart and I was incorrect. Back telling them I thought that the customer is always right and I find them very unprofessional and I still wrote back and told me what could've been in my car or I would've got it . They're offering me a free pair of her telling me I have to pay for them first and then I'll reimburse me . I don't have a penny to my name after spending all my money on Christmas . Ridiculous way to do business if you ask me . My kids really like these slippers "
