"They weren't able to include a short gift message or way to say who the package was from (in our case this was mildly frustrating because the purchaser of the gift/name on the credit card wanted it to be "from" her daughter). However the shipping was fast and reasonably priced, especially given that it was ordered shortly before the holidays. Also, even if customer service didn't give the answer we wanted, they still responded promptly. If we order for ourselves we will use them again without hesitation, but to send a gift I would go elsewhere."
