"The canvas was not stretched out all the way on the frame which shows up as slack on a portion of the canvas causing it to look indented."

"I ordered a large canvas print and the quality is atrocious. The pieces of wood that make up the frame are actually multiple pieces of scrap wood glued together and they are fit together poorly, making the frame uneven and bulging through the canvas in spots. The picture isn’t lined up properly on the frame so parts of the side show on the front and parts of the blank back show on the sides. The canvas is stretched poorly over the frame so it’s wavy. It was also packaged poorly and arrived scratched up and damaged. They screwed up every part of this they possibly could have. The worst part is they sent a replacement and that one is even worse. This is a terrible company with a terrible product. "
