"The quality of your work is impeccable. I do have one major issue with using your site. I had many orders. One project rather large. I would get all,of my images in the gallery and every time I would get timed out of site and shopping cart emptied. I have never been more frustrated trying to get something ordered ever. I had to redo very time consuming projects including 2 collages several times before completing the, and them being accepted. Then the screen was gone before I could copy the order to obtain pertinent information such as an order review, cost order number etc.
Honestly if you didn’t do such a BEAUTIFUL JOB ON YOUR CANVAS prints, this process might not be worth it, plus the whole bot being able to reach you to double check an order makes the process even more difficult.
Overall I love my prints, you did a great job, and were super fast in getting them to me. I SINCERELY THANK YOU! PAM"
