"I had an issue with one of my canvas being punctured due to UPS delivery service's rough handling. I reached out to customer service and after sending them photos they sent a replacement free of charge. I recommend using email to contact them if you have an issue after being on hold for far too long when trying to call the number. In the end everything was good and the turn around time was roughly a week from the day ordered."

I was super delighted to open the box to find the star maps were actually mounted on a very durable material, perhaps a heavy foam? Also, the packaging of the star maps was superb.
