"Let me caveat this by saying that with the exception of this last order my experience with this company have been awesome.
However, I was VERY disappointed with my last order. Both canvases have white ding marks in the corners and the canvas itself is loose, and not tight/taunt around the frame. I was scheduled to meet with my client over the weekend, but have had to cancel.
I called customer service this morning and after 5-10min of holding, it just hung up. And, i've submitted a complaint, but haven't received a response back.
I'm hoping that this can be resolved because like I said they have been very good prior to this.
