"I ordered the blanket for a friend. Immediately after finalizing the order, I realized that it would be better to ship it to my friend. I emailed within five minutes and then called multiple times the next morning to get the address changed. I had to call three times because after being on hold for 20 minutes, the Canvas Discount phone would disconnect. When I finally reached someone, I told them that I wanted it sent to a new address. The person read the address back to me and assured me that a confirmation email would soon arrive; it never did. I checked my email frequently for shipping updates to see when it would arrive at my friend's house. Imagine my dismay when I saw that the shipping address was still wrong and that it had already shipped! I called again and gave up after trying (and failing) to reach someone five times. The item then went all over the state of Texas before finally arriving at the original address. To say that I am unsatisfied is a gross understatement. If you can't change an order shipping address, just tell me that. Do NOT lie to me about how it's been changed. It took over two weeks for the item to arrive and I am still angry about the entire experience. I will NEVER order from this company again. "
