"I tried to contact company about this order and how it was not showing the actual text message on the green background immediately after I placed the order with an email, I have all copies of emails sent to me about this product and last one I got was stated they can't change anything once an order is placed!!! It showed me the picture of what I wanted and did not show green background on bottom of canvas picture, or any text message, so I thought it would be ok w/o the personal message, but when my friend received it, and she wasn't suppose to open til Christmas, I had to ask her to open it so I would make sure it was right AND IT WASN'T!! I am not happy at all! I want a refund!!
