"I found this website as an ad on facebook. I had been looking around at various places to make canvas prints. When I saw the prices for the website I immediately ordered. Because I would rather have quantity than pay shipping I filled my cart up until I qualified. The canvases arrived quickly and look beautiful. The quality is perfect. The framing the canvases use is much thicker than expected (in a good way). I purchased the canvas hanging kit and was able to set it up and hang them within minutes. I was also able to share the code for a free canvas and only pay shipping that some family and friends used. They received their canvases quickly and loved them as well! Great house decoration and gift for loved ones. "

"I purchased a product for $80. 4 days after my credit card was charged, this company solicited me with an offer, showing the same item I had just purchased... for $35!

I could not get through to customer service by phone after 3 attempts. I emailed and got a reply about 10 days later.....

The company said they would issue a refund, and I did not have to return the item....but they ordered me to literally DESTROY the item (which was a blanket) by cutting through it, and sending a photo and then discard the item.

I requested a “in house credit” ($45 price difference) and I would simply apply that towards a FUTURE PURCHASE....
with no refund of original $80 paid.....

But today (another 7 days later)....I got the exact same “robo” message instructing me
To destroy the item and send proof of destruction....or no refund.....

I would NEVER do that! Why would any compassionate human being destroy a blanket .... that COULD BE donated to homeless or needy?

It became apparent that this company simply DID NOT WANT ME.....to have the item, and they also didn’t want to pay the $8 to ship it back..... that appeared VERY tacky and a little mean actually.....

The ORIGINAL issue was a simple PRICE ADJUSTMENT!

I now receive HARD SOLICITATIONS from this company....sometimes more than once daily.....

This was my first experience with this company, and may likely be my last. They’ve certainly WASTED much more than $45 of MY TIME.....and their time.....

Not cool! I’m not happy with the SERVICE.....

As of this moment I have received the item but have not opened the package....as I’ve been trying to resolve the issue..... however this company not only is unwilling....but they insulted me by sending a ROBO RESPONSE....and twice, ordered me to destroy the item and discard it. I think this is a HORRIBLE business practice, and even WORSE customer service. Based on this single experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone....."

I can't find the original order information, so I ordered again. Then I get a notice that the other one had been shipped. So I'm trying to get a hold of someone at this place to cancel the second order. Can't use Facebook messenger. The phone line so you can talk to someone directly has got a pitifully short time frame and what you can call. So I send an email. Today at 11:00 exactly I call in, and get a message saying that they are receiving a higher phone volume than normal. It's the exact time that you can call them. How can they have an overwhelming number of calls when it's the exact time you can start to call? Scam scam scam."
