"Order from prints for a gift and when received, the acrylic print looked great. That was until I saw the edges where not finished but ruff cut. I sent a email to replace but it took 5 days for them to reply. I asked if the print would be arrive before x mas but never got a answer. 3 weeks late I got a response that they would replace. All this could have been resolve sooner or if they had a quality check before sending I believe I would have been happier. "

The first one came but was damaged during shipping however quality was really great. I contacted them and sent a few pictures of the canvas damage.
