Called customer service, no one picks up and the recording hangs up after ten minutes on hold, tells you to email them instead. Then you email, and no one answers! Have been calling for days with no luck. Disputed the charge through CC company due to fraud, after having read all of these shady reviews. To be noted, the number listed on the transaction in my CC app is different than the number on their website. When we called, it was a number for a restaurant!"

"The only problems I have had was when I cancelled an order the day after I ordered it because my family didn't want such large pictures. So I planned to order smaller pictures. Well, a week later I received the pictures I had cancelled. I tried contacting Canvas Discount but being unable to get anyone to arrange for their return, I called my Credit Card company and told them of the problem and they were able to get Canvas Discounts e-mail me how I could correct the problem. I believe this took care of it."

I tried contacting you by phone to no avail. So I gave up. I contacted my credit card company and they issued a credit for the one I didn’t receive. By the way, that order came from Germany."
