After posting my 1-star review, I was contacted by the seller asking me to provide them with a picture of the issue. After reviewing the pictures, they agreed that there were some issues during the printing process and they kindly sent me a voucher for placing a new order, covering the entire costs (including the shipping fees).
I have just received the new canvas and, this time I am very happy with the quality of the printout and of the customer service! The shipping was fast (it came with UPS) and the product was fine.
I will definitely recommend this company!

I am an amateur photographer so I have pretty high standards when it comes to picture quality and, unfortunately, I have to admit that, although I uploaded a very high-quality jpg, with a 300 dpi resolution, the printout I received had a terrible resolution. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for a friend, but it ended up in the trash. I used other companies before and never had such issues. "
