"The piece I ordered arrived with some damage on the corners. I contacted the customer service with the photos, they sent a replacement quickly. I really appreciate the quality and the speed of this company. If I can make two recommendations: 1) make white labeling available without B2B. I don't mind having B2B but because it's more expensive to order I don't use it. 2) put more padding on the corners for acrylic pieces for better protection."
