"I purchased nearly 30 prints and I have two items That were misprinted. One with a black border that flows into the front of the canvas, and one with a mirrored edge where a black line comes straight across the image.
It’s like jumping through hoops, trying to get a customer service representative to assist me and reprint my images. They finally sent me a link to reprint for one of the images and the instructions do not match their secure checkout for a free order. Every time I have an issue and I have to come back. It takes them two days to get back to me.
Do yourself a favor and pick a different company.
The second item they required a code on the back of the print and they stapled right through the code. I sent them photographs of how they stapled through the code. They claimed that the code I was giving them did not match the damaged item. I sent a video showing the damage item and the back and where they staple through the code. The code they require to replace my item is not on an invoice only underneath where they stapled. Get it together people "

What fell a little flat for me was the quality, I was expecting more but when I unpackaged the picture, but I was underwhelmed. Although it feels like it's metal, somehow it feels like a sticker was put on a hard surface. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I have a picture printed on metal in my home and it's clear it's on metal. This, I had to touch it a couple times but I was worried it would get marred if I messed with it too much. Either way, it's still a nice gift for someone. "

Some of the canvases were not pulled correctly so they are starting to blur before going around the edge. Also a few were not pulled tightly enough and were indented."

"The quality if our frame was pretty bad. There was uneven and lifted edges on the back. It feels very cheap and the wall mount upgrade you have to install yourself. Photo quality was okay. Not as good as others at the same price. Also they spam your email."
