"My canvas arrived a day too late for my son’s funeral. I called twice explaining to them the importance of getting this on time, offering to pay extra for it to be expedited in whatever way possible. I was told that they didn’t offer expedited shipping, but was there no way to get it sent quicker? I was told it was printed and ready to go but it wasn’t shipped until days later. Very disappointing that nothing was done to help me. I got a notification at 10am the day of the funeral that it was delayed due to “operational issues”. Will never order from them again. "
