"I bought a key and it turned out to be already used. Since cdkeys has worked for me in the past. So I tried to buying another one for the same item because I was sure I would get support for the first one later like in the past.
I tried the second code I bought as soon as I got it and it was already redeemed as well.
Two strikes
I wrote two tickets about each one asking for a refund.
The first ticket was closed and marked as solved without even a reply from support. The second ticket they replied saying that I should contact sony because they sent a valid code. Sony, obviously, only replied that the key was already redeemed. So that's useless.
Then, they argued that the code sent was valid and say they cant do anything about it. Probably just keep selling it and saying the same thing.
If was trying some funny stuff of redeeming it and then complaining why would I buy another one key of the exact same item?"

I decided to buy a copy of FFXIV complete addition,the key was delivered to me but was invalid,I immediately send them an email with screenshots to prove the key is invalid.I then later get an email stating that it is locked to the EU region (I am from South Africa but we still connect to EU) and I will be refunded,I then explain the above to support and he tells me that it will go through a review process and he ignores my reply regarding the EU compatability with South African Servers,next I get the following email:

Upon verifying the key on this order, we found it to be already used/redeemed. Unfortunately, we're able to refund only for unused key(s). To clarify, once the key/code is redeemed, it gets linked to the account permanently, and this cannot be undone in any way. Our normal policy, like most other retailers, is that we are unable to issue a replacement or refund on used digital goods as they were sent to your email, valid and unused.

I bought 3 copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 at a great price, almost too good to be true. "I have bought NBA2K19 Anniversary Edition from cdkeys.com on morning 7th of September, which was the day the game was released. Thus i was expecting to receive key for the game relatively quickly and it arrived few minutes after my purchase. Unfortunately the link they sent me was broken. It was not possible to download a key due to defective phone verification system. I was waiting 7 hours for support response and i never got working key that day, so at the end of the day i decided to go for refund, which was executed with no further complications. In conclusion support was helpful with my case, but still i had to wait long time for their response. However the biggest downside was that i didn't get working product i paid for. They may have the best prices, but technical issues and all the fuss that comes with it is not worth 25 bucks i was going to save on this game. "

Charged 2 keys, told me refund was made TWICE (was not according to PayPal). Told Cdkeys there was no refund according to paypal, then suddenly an instant refund because I insisted otherwise I probably wouldn't have gotteb my refund. Then I reviewed them and they reported it for defamatory?

"I ordered a Microsoft XBox live key. It was delivered via email but doesn't work. I emailed support and they responded within one hour to provide an updated key. The next key did not work either (we have typed and verified both keys multiple times entered via both the XBOX and XBOX live website on a PC) ; so I emailed back requesting a working key or a refund....it's been two days and no response...so I emailed again....no response...so I am now posting so others will avoid doing business with this company.
UPDATE I did get a third key and it did not work... I requested a refund and it was given to me....so upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars.

"I had made a pre-order from The Elder Scrolls Online Summerset Collectors Edition. A Nightmare senche mount belongs to this pre order. You should then get 2 keys. I got only 1 and also 2 days late.
So I have had several contacts with cdkeys and said that with a pre order a Nightmare senche mount should be included. cdkeys says this is not the case and I have to contact The Elder Scrolls themselves.
The Elder scrolls, however, refers to the retailer where you bought it and who must provide the extra code.
So, I ran into a wall. I have contacted cdkeys.com again but they do not give an inch. So I told them I wanted my money back. They refuse this.
cdkeys works fine. Until something goes wrong then you always lose your money and are not susceptible to reason.
There are plenty of other reliable providers. I will never buy anything at cdkeys.com again
