UPDATE: CDKeys have now refunded me the full amount for the key and given me a £5 discount for my next purchase.

Original review 03/20/18: Purchased EA Access code February 15th, went through the SMS verification, went to get my digital code and received a message to check back shortly. It's now March 20th and I'm finally being given a refund as they said they oversold the item. Over a month to get a refund because of their mistake is ridiculous!"

BEWARE!!!! Received received the cdkey for Wolfenstein II 2 as s gift. The buyer did not notice it was the German version. CDKeys list the German version next to the world version with the ONLY indication the version is in German is the "DE" in the Title. Once downloaded CDKeys refuses to exchange the product. How many customer wind up buying two versions?!"

"I purchased 2 copies of Wolfenstein 2, didn't get my keys so I enquired where they were and was told that it was not only sent to me but redeemed by me which is 100% false. Up until this point I had no issues over 3 years of buying from them.
I suspect they are using grey market keys and manually photographing/writing down keys off of physical copies. When you do something manually then human mistakes can happen, but to be basically be called a thief and be charged $70 for that I felt that it was important to warn buyers that this company are not professional and their processes have huge holes that put you at risk of being scammed like I was."
