"Terrible customer service. I purchased a product and it told me that I would need to verify my identity by submitting my ID. I blacked my info out other than address and the automated system wouldn't accept it. I emailed support and they told me to black out the info and send it to them. I did that and a different rep responded and said I needed to write today's date on a paper. This was not requested of me the first time. Terrible trouble to get a download code that I already paid for!!"
"These guys are total frauds! Avoid them. First i got a duplicate order from their system. This is no real helpdesk on their end so i'm out of luck there. I did submit a trouble ticket. And also let paypal know about the duplicate order. but because one went thru with the coupon and other did not, it is not showing as same amounts and so paypal will need to dispute the item.
The order that was legitmate. I verified with my Vonage account and i dont give out my cellphone to anyone i dont know. If i was informed that they were going to ask for my ID, then i would never order from this website. This is comical and obsurd that this website would even ask for a photo id. With all the security of banks, not even they ask for sending in a photo id.
I have contacted paypal to cancel both orders (one of which is duplicate)."
"Very cool concept. I purchased a xbox live gold membership. Once payment was verified I was able to retrieve it from their website. I had to take a picture of drivers lic and email it to them. I did blur all info except for name and address. The price was great $45 vs $60."
