I tried to work with their "support team" which was a joke. They would ask me for a couple things and say that was all they need to fix the problem and when I sent them the information they said was all they would continue to ask for more. I bought a 1 year PSN code from the site but was provided a used code. I contacted cdkeys.com and was told the code should work and no refund would be issued.

I filed a complaint with the BBB about this issue and cdkeys.com responded to the complaint within an hour and provided a new, unused code. As such, the matter has been resolved satisfactorily - promised goods delivered for payment sent. Updating this review per the satisfactory resolution."

"Long story short, hope you don't have to deal with them in any way. My issue started after ordering a software key. The system emailed me telling me to go online to verify and get the code I paid for. My FIRST problem was that it will not accept ANY type of VOIP phone number which is what my phone is (Google voice) or my system at work (unnamed Enterprise voip system). Both numbers wouldn't work. So I emailed customer service and concisely explained it wouldn't take any of my phone numbers as an systems were voip. Sent a screenshot even of the error message. First I got a canned response asking me to restart my phone or computer that showed nobody read my brief email or they barely understood English. Emailed asking them to read my email before firing a non related canned email. The response (#2) told me to clear and reset my browser, disable ad blocker etc. I thought that's annoying and re emailed saying please read my email, the problem was entering my phone number. Got canned response number 3 asking me to use a mobile data connection or another computer if possible. OK, now I'm irritated. Email in all caps your system doesn't accept my phone number! Response #4 says try again, we reset the phone verification process for you. I knew that wasn't the problem but humored them and looked. Same thing, says plain as day it doesn't take Google voice or voip #s. Emailed again a little angry. Received response 5 asking me to "Since you unable to proceed, please reply to this ticket with an image of the front of the payment card used. The first 12 digits can be blocked out but the last 4 digits, name and expiry date should be clearly visible together with today's date and time and ‘cdkeys.com’ written on a piece of paper." Did this all but apparently missed them telling me about the date so sent photo of all of this minus the date. I wait a day. Get a snippy response (#6 for those keeping count) that says As mentioned, today's time and date should be included written on the piece of paper together with "cdkeys.com". OK, now I'm ****, this service is really bad, the attitude ****, and it shouldn't take all of this time or communication to get my order. I'm now waiting for them to respond and release my order. Support Ace | cdkeys.com" which I'm guessing is an alias but who knows. Long story short I'll honestly never use these guys again and would advise you DON'T. particularly if you have a VOIP phone. A few emails asking for verification is one thing, to get 5 responses before they understood or read my problem is just terrible. And the attitude in the emails sucked. Yes, by the end I am irritated, but wouldn't you be? I've never, EVER had to spend so much time emailing just to get a fairly cheap purchase complete. I looked at reviews before ordering since I've never heard of this company and they ARE good so I thought I'd be fine. I'm sure you'll also be fine unless you have any sort of issue. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. "

"I wanted to buy a Playstation+ membership for a friend and i wanted the best deal possible and was pleasantly surprised but skeptical when I came across cdkeys. I'd never heard of it and the price seemed too good to be true so naturally I turned to my fellow ResellerRatings reviewers. Everyone had such good things to say I figured I'd give it a try.

I used Paypal to avoid any hassles with security verification. Checkout was instant and my code was sent instantly as well. I had to give them my phone number and verify it before they gave me the actual code.

"I've ordered a couple times with CDKeys using Paypal and have had absolutely no issues with everything being quite quick with both receiving keys as well as the support. One purchase I did not notice was an EU only key, I noticed when I tried to add with Steam and got a region block issue message from Steam when attempting to use the key. I sent in an email and in under 30minutes got a response, for proof I created a video attempting to use the key and the message shown via Steam when trying to use it. The issue was resolved within a few quick responses and payment refunded via Paypal within 24hours.

That issue in regards to purchasing a key for the wrong region was the only time I've used their customer support, but I am quite impressed with both the speed of response considering email as well as the quick resolution regarding it."

"Definitely the lowest prices for services like Xbox Live Gold and Playstation Plus. You can use PayPal or regular credit card and after placing the order you get an email about 5 minutes later with the key code. I was worried since there are a lot of sites that look like this but never actually send you the code, but this site is legitimate and fast.
