Order process was fine. However I made a mistake with the email address I had used. I reached out to get some help with this and in 2 days time only received 1 reply. They requested me to send a picture of my cc, which I immediately did. After a few more reminders I gave up.

"I've been a customer of cdkeys for a long time, and been stung twice by inadequate descriptions. The latest one was Resident Evil 2 + DLC. At the time it was £18 for the game, and £28 for the game + DLC.
I purchased the DLC package and it came with the preorder bonus which was 1 measly peace of useless DLC (not the actual DLC). There have been previous instances where this has happened, more notably it never came with any DLC at all. I'm not usually one to complain, but I felt I had been robbed because it wasn't clear (especially as a phone user).
I looked at my history and thought, maybe this one time I will contact support and see if I can get my £10 back. They asked for screenshots etc, and that's when I found out that the preorder bonus was the DLC they were referring to...
I made the case (and took my own screen shots) showing that nowhere on the phone browser you could see anything that states this. After this my emails were ignored, so I opened a case with PayPal. Cdkeys won the case, but PayPal said I could have the 10 because I was very clearly misold. Anyways, after that my account was banned from making purchases (despite only ever complaining about one of many).
Good until something goes wrong, it might not happen very often but it will sting you eventually and they won't honour any type of refund, and follow up with a swift ban.
All you are is a number, and a source of money. To them, there are no such thing as loyal customers. Or even honest ones. If you have something missing, protips - just say you never got it. If you be honest, and only ask for a fair partial refund because of incorrect descriptions, you get treated like a criminal regardless.
I will be leaving this review on multiple websites, and also contacting a small circle of youtubers about CDKeys. If you've had similar experiences, be sure to come forward because these bad reviews get lost (since most people have never had anything go wrong with their purchases). Support are no help, and if you open a case through PayPal through lack of response, you just get banned.

"They sold me a Destiny 2 Forsaken key for Blizzard when you can no longer transfer your account over. Making the key useless on steam and no Destiny 2 on Blizzard. It does not say what platform it is for when you purchase it. so they are hiding the fact its for blizzard so they get you to buy it.
I did not know this. so i used it on blizzard to transfer it over to steam and could not.
So they sell you a product for a platform you cant use it on. don't tell you before you buy it. then tell you they wont refund you. thats FRAUD!!!!1
After contacting customer support i was told i was **** out of luck because i used they key on the platform they sold it for.

"Ordered a key, they blocked my order, demanded pictures of my credit cards and IDs and after providing them, they rejected my order without providing a reason. I got no refund either. All of this just because i used a Revolut virtual card.
Reddit is full of reports of these scammer scum demanding pictures of people's credit cards and IDs. That is one thing, but rejecting an order after providing said pictures is the lowest of the low and the absolute worst purchase experience ever.
Lost money, time and got no key either. Trash site."
