"Recieved codes instantly and work perfectly, thank you! Will definitely use again!"
"Ordered a ps plus subscription for 1 year received the code in 20 seconds very fast"
"Received the email instantly and had no issues with payment"
"I bought 7 PSN cards 18 hours ago and still haven't got any answer back. But the money was ofc gone from my account. **** you ****"
"When I bought the key, they sent me an email to send a photo of my ID document. After I send them it they ignored my emails and canceled my order."
"Hab mich schon riesig auf Borderlands 3 gefreut, hab mir gleich die Super Deluxe Edition für 85€ vorbestellt aber den Key nie erhalten...
Somit sind jetzt erstmal 85€ weg...
Habe auch schon versucht den Support zu erreichen aber leider vergeblich."
"We purchased codes twice and both times they did not work. No one got back to us. Very disappointing."
"Awful Customer service, failed to verify my ID several times, despite it meeting the preset criteria.
Also, on two occasions there have been unapproved transactions taken from my account when I have been dealing with them.
Very shady company. Will not use and highly recommend avoiding!"
"Purchased a copy of World Of Warcraft Battle For Azeroth from cd.keys.com.
I was provided with a key quickly however the key they provided to me had already been redeemed.
When I contact their support about this they refused to help me saying I would need to get in contact with Blizzard in regards to the issue. I then asked for a refund on the key but have not received anything back.
It's a shame since I've used them in the past and had no issues. I wouldn't risk buying from them again and would advise you to do the same!"
"Bad service, I lost my money, cdkeys.com is likely scam site, they ask for personal documents."
"I placed an order on their site for a key for a game. I've purchased from many sites (Steam, Amazon, GMG, etc) over the years.
First they wanted my phone number to send a verification code to. No big deal, the other sites have my number also for 2FA.
Then they requested an image of my credit card via email. Transmitting card holder information in an insecure method in any way is in violation of the PCI DSS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Payment_Card_Industry_Data_Security_Standard).
I attempted to explain the issue to them and offered to pay via Paypal, but they replied with the same email and then cancelled the order.
Do not waste your time with this site."
"This must be paid reviews. cdkeys.com is scamming you for your personal info! In the ordering process, they ask for your phone number (requires phone verification), real address (they will know if you use VPN). Once I've made my order, I've received an email that my order needs to be further approved and that was followed by another email, asking me to photograph my credit card along with time and date, so now they have that piece of information as well. In the end, in yet another email they've decided NOT to approve my order by writing the following: "Unfortunately, the review team rejected your order. So as not to inconvenience you any further, I can confirm that your order has now been cancelled and the transaction voided/refunded." I've used plenty of similar websites before, but this many privacy violations are one big giant red flag. Stay away."
"I always receive gaming digital keys in a matter of seconds to my email. So far the keys worked for me 100%, thank you!"
"bought a cd key for three kingdoms, recieved straight away and immediately typed into steam to find out it had already been registered/used and invalid. steam confirmed time/date that the key was registered, this was BEFORE I bought the key. sent evidence to CD keys (my reciept and steams message) they were not interested and insisted key was not used (despite evidence) they are refusing to refund or give me a key that is valid!! basically sold me a invalid key that is already used, will let paypal and my bank sort now. ill stick buying direct from Steam...lesson learnt"
"It was okay.Price was also good."
