"As I mentioned extensively yesterday, that communication is an issue and I have wasted my time and effort with no resolve - either in monetary discount on the part ordered or the actual part.
I place an order online on 12/24 with the email promise that it will arrive in 1-4 business days. Nothing comes nor any message or call to inform me.
So I call 3 days later and Carly said we are backed up because of Christmas so order will ship out tom and I should receive it by sun or mon. I had to give a retainer for my appointment with my mobile mechanic twice so far ( $50 each time) due to holiday season and he is mobile mechanic. Did not come on mon. Noone calls or emails. I call back on mon. This time a nice gentleman took time and researched and found out it is going to take one more week.
I talk to Joe and explained everything and he said no monetary compensation for my loss of $100 and time and effort with no fault of my own. Great customer service!!!!
Today I get an email at 1.18pm that part is ready and Carly sends out another email at 1.35 that it is on backorder. I started driving as soon as I saw the first email. Half way down the road I saw the backorder email so went home again. Great communication!!!!
I hope you realize you should pay me monetarily for the financial loss I had, time and effort I wasted, should you your systems flawes all for free. I insist you should give me my $100 loss at least"

I should have been told when ordering what one I would receive. There is a big difference between the two. I guess next time I will purchase from a dealership on Amazon like I have before."
