"I made my first purchase with chinavasion only to be informed by DHL that my parcel was lost after it arrived in Trinidad. I recieved an e-mail from DHL informing me that a claim was settled for the lost with your company.I just want to get the items I paid for or a total refund of $248.07 USD. I would much prefer to get the items purchased. I cannot do more business with your company or recommend to others if I am not seeing what i paid for. please inform me accordingly"

The Singpost tracking could be more useful - the order was "sent out" 14Jan, Singpost received it 17Jan and despatched it to Australia on 19Jan and that is all the information the tracking provided.
Item was delivered to a Auspost parcel locker on 02Feb.

"Received defective computer. The computer will not boot up. Have ship it back to China at a great cost in time and money. It will takes a month to receive replacement computer. Customer support is great, received email responds in a timely order, but warranty involves sending item back to China is inconvenient. "
"I've used Chinavasion for personal items so far and have been buying since 2012. Item quality has always been good. A range of shipping options are given which is great meaning you can pay less for shipping if you don't mind waiting a little longer, i.e. 3 - weeks in my case. Or pay more and have it arrive in around 3 days to my door in Australia. Quality has been good to date as has service. Tracking on the cheaper shipping option can be a little iffy, i.e. sometimes stuck showing still overseas even after it's arrived at my door or simply showing as sent or "order completed". Support has generally been prompt and helpful re my queries. The website could do with some better explanations re status displays for orders. Otherwise a definite thumbs up to them"
