"The device arrived Okay, the tracking, up to arrival in the UK worked. But, despite the package being well packed, and the devices box being intact, the device has a crack in the bottom left of the back cover. I can only conclude that the device was sent out with the crack already on it. The company customer services are helpful though and I am going to send images of the devices box and the crack itself to them.
The device itself is as stated on the website though, and I am quite happy with it. The headphones are good, and the battery life is as good as can be expected for such a big phablet screen. Cannot order a spare battery without paying for USP courier though. The company should update their site to stop battery orders going through via basic airmail."
"Got what I ordered but item has an OS with an activation product key which is blocked. I gave OS company opportunity to sell me a valid key but all they would say was contact the manufacturer. I will keep the item, try and figure a way to overwrite the OS with a valid one. Would be nice if there were included instructions on how to do it."
"After paying I was informed that one of my items is not in-stock (but it was in--stock when I purchased and paid for it). I did not get a refund but only "credit" without being consolted. And I paid the full postage amount! If i will be charged extra postage for the remaining item I will be very dissapointed (0-1 stars)
Also the mobile phone i purchased has significant faults/problems since day 1...still trying to resolve them via their helpdesk
