"I have been dissapointed with your company refusal to swap out a brand new tablet which does not support Bluetooth and then selling me a Bluetooth keyboard which of course is now completely useless to me. Here in the UK that would be immediately rectified by any seller.
I would be perfectly happy to pay up to even £50 more for a suitable bluetooth capable 10" tablet provided I could return the one sent to me. I do not feel that this is the kind of customer servce I would have expected.
You will find herewith the case number where I first queried why the keyboard would not pair with the tablet namely #YRI-743-34629.
I am unsure why there was two order numbers but your office will probably clarify that matter. I am hopefull that we can resolve this issue. I have read many of your other reviews and note that in certain cases you have accepted returns pending an alternative product sale. I understand all return costs are my reponsibility.

I have order 3 items from this site.After 3 days my order status still show 'processing' even I have paid all the cost .So I contact them.They insisted me that my items are in process and will email me as soon as they're are shipped.Until 5 days later they just told me that my order cannot be fulfilled because they're run out of stock! They just say that it's up to me whether I'm willing to wait for the new stock or change to another alternatives because They won't offer a refund .They just care about their business,not customer's
