"Specs on the website were misleading or untrue. Bought two tablets for gifts. Advertised clock speed was 2 GHz, actually was 1.8. Advertised internal storage size was 32 GB and ended up being only 1GB with the rest partitioned off as an internal SD card. The internal storage issue was by far the bigger issue. As soon as that 1GB is filled up you must manually move apps to the internal SD card before you can install any more. Applications like Google Chrome are 80 MB and prevent being moved off of internal storage. Asking users to be savvy enough to move applications around on their tablet is assuming too much technical proficiency on the user's part. The people I bought the tablets for would have no idea how to do it or why it would even be necessary (and they'd be right, it's completely unnecessary and a very poor decision). Reviewers have since highlighted this as a significant issue with the E-Ceros Revolution 2 tablet. Returning the items has also been a giant fiasco, dealing with turnaround email times of more than a day. Additionally there is an exorbitant shipping cost to China (not the fault of Chinavasion) that has made this a very costly endeavor. I'm not saying don't buy their products, just that your should cover your bases and get something that's been well reviewed first so there are no surprises. I should point out that the staff that handle support are quite good. They've done their best to be as accommodating as possible and allowed me to return the items in question. The shipping isn't something they have control over. The support staff is the reason I gave my experience 2 stars instead of only one. "

"i purchased a 3D Virtual Video glasses and the package was picked up by me from UAE Empost on 11th Dec. 2014. I charged the battery as per the instructions in the Manual.
