"Constellation seems to have a much more straight forward contract renewal process. Experience with other marketers is such that there are numerous gimmicks they apply to sweeten the change to another them. Maybe some consumers enjoy the hunt, we do not. What is the rate for a fixed period? No slight of hand or games. We appreciate that approach. It also appears that Constellation does not price gouge at contract expiration/renewal as does other marketers. We also appreciate that and as such we renewed with Constellation of having to switch marketers because a competitor had a better rate. A marketer should at least make renewal easy for good customers, which includes fair pricing, at renewal time. Thank you for an easy arrangement."

"Absolutely WAY too much time spent on the phone for such a simple task. First conversation was lengthy and detailed. Should not have had to re-hash the ENTIRE process again for the 2nd CS rep, giving EXACTLY the same info, and having to listen to EXACTLY the same response. Then transferred again to a 3rd party company, and NONE of what was said was new or helpful....to say nothing of the fact that she was SLOW with the entire conversation. I'd have hung up and stopped the whole registration process if I hadn't needed the utility so desperately."
