Parts Department Employee at Coulter Nissan became defensive and not apologetic when I felt that this was poorly worded and deceptive. Dealers wonder why they have a bad reputation, here's one reason why. Ordered online and there were some further issues, but when you need a part for a 12 year old vehicle options are limited so maybe customer response is not that important. This was not my first (or even my second or third) Nissan, but it may well be my last."
