"Order a part but the system would not let me put the correct vin #. The system automatically put the vin # of another vehicle I bought parts for in the past. I emailed the parts manager about my situation and provided the correct vin # after I received the order confirmation email. Now, a day later, my order was canceled and I have to order the part all over again. What a waste of time."
