"They didn't have the jacket I wanted in my size. They ordered it (maybe a transfer from another store?). They explained that if I didn't like it they would just put in on the rack...no problem. Well, after a few days I received the call the jacket was in. It was a perfect fit and a great looking jacket. I bought it. I don't think you could ask for anything more than that. The guys at the store are VERY helpful and very knowledgeable. They're not pushy at all. My experience with shopping and purchase was a pleasure. I will definitely be going back."

"My lovely bride & I ride a Harley touring bike. We had been searching for the best in stock gear & helmet selection so we could actually try the stuff on, so we decided to check out Cycle Gear based on a recommendation from a friend of my wife. When we looked online & on Facebook and saw the pics of the selection they had we got pretty excited because it appeared as though we'd found our perfect one stop shop for everything we needed. So we go into the store and as soon as we walked in and looked across the store and saw the vast selection that was in stock we both said "surely we'll be able to get everything we need here." Well, not so much.....as we browsed the store it only took about 2.7 seconds for both of us to say "this is all sport bike stuff." Then we turned and looked at the beautiful, vast wall of helmets and were excited again! So we started on one end of the wall and worked our way all the way to the other end of the wall.....in about 20 seconds. 99.25% of all the helmets on that beautiful, vast wall were sport bike helmets. So in closing, if you don't ride a sport bike then this place isn't for you. If you do then this is your stop. As long as you don't mind overpaying for something just because it's in stock and you don't have to order it. I did buy a couple items there that I needed but quickly returned them after finding the same exact products at the Harley dealership for much, much less than what I paid for them at Cycle Gear. And let's be honest, if anything is cheaper at a Harley dealership than it is somewhere else then you KNOW that somewhere else is WAY overpriced. "
