"I have purchased a tire from the Chattanooga location which had a default causing it to come off of my rim while i was driving down the road. This has resulted in a day missed from work, while working on the tire on the side of the road I lost the Rain suit that I had just purchased from the same location, my rim now has damage from the road, and I have all but been called a liar. I did not have Cycle Gear install the tire because the rim was still on my bike, but I did however have a very reputable motorcycle shop (Hawg Wild) install it. Now I am without my rain suit, my tire, my money spent and my money not earned. I am very displeased with how the situation has been handled and how Ive been treated. I will be using social media to let people know how this particular business treats its customers.
I almost forgot to mention that I signed up for the Sunbit credit to purchase these items, so I'm actually still paying for these items and the finance charge. I'm very **** because I dont even get to use them now. This entire experience has been humiliating and costly. I never even asked for another rainsuit, my money back or money for my rim and lost wages. I just wanted my damn tire replaced! My name is Chris Franklin and I'm very disappointed.
Ok so i go outside this morning to start my bike, and the POS backup tire that Ive been forced to use has a flat from a small puncture in the center of the tire where there is no tread. At this point i have missed a day and a half of work because I cant make it in, because of this Faulty tire. If the manager would have just swapped the faulty tire for a new one, none of this would be happening."
