"I had a hard time finding them to start with, and I parked on the street but had to move to the rear parking lot.
When I walked in I was amazed at the selection of helmets. Next, I was greeted by two employees and they were both willing to help me find new tires for my bike. They had several brands and choices in stock. I was disappointed that I had to take the rims off my bike and couldn't drop off my entire bike. I was pleased that they only charge $25 per tire to mount and balance them.
I will definitely be back for new helmets next month.

"Tried to replace some mirrors for my bike. Not only did the not carry both left and right in stock, they only had the left. Thinking that was weird, I asked them to just check their inventory on the computer to see if the right one was misplaced or sold. The gentlemen helping me was very patient and kind. After about 20 min of him scrolling, I asked why it was taking so long, and he said their computers could not search by part number being entered, but he actually had to scroll through hundreds of thousands of part numbers manually. I asked him if I just bought the left one, if he could just order me the right one. He said he could, so I started to install left on my bike. He said the only way I could order something with cash is if I purchased a gift card, so I did purchase one for the exact amount of the mirror I desired. After installing the left, I returned to the inside of the store, and waited another 15 minutes for him to tell me that he could not find the right hand mirror in the system anywhere, and that he would have to refund the gift card that I bought. Rumor has it that these guys are still running Windows Millenium Edition, released almost 18 years ago. Customer service was very friendly and patient, more patient than I would have been dealing with these computers. How can a company not give their employees the correct tools to serve their customers? "
