"I took my tires and wheels to have mounted and balanced. The cost was a bit high. $25 per tire because they did not sell them to me. First off IF they had them in stock to begin with might not been a problem. Second off an extra 50 bucks just because I brought them in is unreasonable. But I need ed them quickly so I just left them. It took over a day to mount and balance 2 tires. Not sure what the staffing was like.
The biggest thing, They used stick on weights instead of my more expensive spoke ones(possibly in the persons pocket).
They also left my schrader valve loose! I mounted the tires and by the time I was ready to put the bick back on the ground rear tire was flat. I was prepping bike for road trip. I aired tire back up and sprayed soapy water on rim. I found loose schrader valve! Lucky me I keep tools for that.
I guess they dont dunk the rims in water any longer? You know a time tested practice for finding air leaks...
In the end I am very unhappy with the experience "

At the oldest I would have expected a tire from 2020 but the front tire was from 2019 this was very disappointing and I will probably be more vigilant next time I buy tire from anywhere. I expected newer inventory from Cycle Gear. "

"Had two tires changed. Rear rim was bent in two spots from tire iron. The nut on the valve stem was used as a lock nut up against the cap.
Service was rude and incompetent.
