"I came in to the store, was told to wait while another guest was being helped, and then was forgotten as I roamed the store with my questions unanswered for 30+ minutes before I went back to the counter and found the 3 employees talking and laughing. Finally I got an apology that he forgot. Upon me deciding to order a gallon gas can I was told it would be in before I moved, 5 days after my visit to the store ("yeah, it'll be in by friday.") When I stopped off on the day of me leaving, I was told it's just now being shipped and delivered on Monday. I asked for a refund since I'll be living in a different state by that time and the employee was strongly suggesting I just come back and get it on Monday. A small argument took place about my inability to drive 1500 miles to acquire it before he reluctantly said fine. I then received multiple emails and phone calls, which I ignored, about picking it up before someone finally refunded me. "
