"Needed to get a tire tube changed for my son's dirt bike. Chris the tire tech called and advised purchasing a new tire as the existing tire had dry rot and not safe to ride. Chris said he would order us a new tire as the Fort Worth location did not have the correct size. I asked him to order a new tire and let me know when it was ready for pick up. Chris never called back to advise regarding tire delivery date. I stopped by the store to get an update and found he had changed the tube and resued the old tire so as not to not lose the billable hours. 10 days later, I still have not received a call from Chris regarding the new tire. Counter help at the location said they knew nothing and couldn't help till Chris returned. In addition the rim of the tire has been obviously bent and creating a bulge in the sidewall. As a seasoned tire repair tech; did he not notice the hazardous bulge in the sidewall? Come to find out Chris is only there for a short while after his second job which is why it takes so long to get a tire changed and could explain the lack of regard for safety of others especially a child. "

"The Fort Worth, TX store is close by my house, and I'm often surprised by their ability to keep a lot of the basics in stock that I need for trail riding--2 stroke oil, air filters (the right ones for my old KTM!), tires, spark plugs, etc. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I decided that a pair of Sidi boots were the brand I needed for my skinny feet, and dealers couldn't get them. I fear mail-ordering something like boots, as fit is so important, but when I asked the friendly staff about it, not only could they get them, but they assured me that if they don't fit, I won't be stuck with them (and wouldn't have the hassle of shipping them back myself). I thrilled when they arrived and fit perfectly!

When I'm in the store to buy preventative maintenance products, I'd like to pick up a new t shirt and the selection is a fraction of what it used to be. Especially in the 2x size. Also, I could only find two pair of off-road gloves that would fit. Ended up buying a pair that I'm not sure of versus the tried and true Fox Dirt Paws. Other than that I love the store! "
