"Went in multiple times as this store is closer to my house. Each time the employees were too busy in the back to help customers. Multiple times customers were standing at the checkout counter w no employees to be seen. They upsold me a helmet and accessories that were all out of stock at the store and needed to be ordered. I asked when I could expect them. They said 24-48 hours since it was a stocked item at the warehouse. A week passed and no items had arrived. Ended up cancelling my order and driving to another store who explained to me that the helmet I ordered wouldn’t even meet the needs I had originally described during the initial order. Will continue to drive 2hrs to the other store just based on the customer service. "
