"I attended the IMS show in Dallas and purchased two Shoei helmets and Cardo Pactalk Bold Duo headsets from the Cycle Gear display there. I advised the sales rep that I was undecided which motorcycle I would soon purchase and that decision would affect my helmet choice. I was advised that if my helmet choice changed, I could exchange them at the Houston Cycle Gear store if they remained unused. Well, of course, my subsequent motorcycle purchase resulted in a desire for different helmet colors than the ones purchased. I returned the 2 new and unused helmets to the Greenspoint Cycle Gear store. They handled the exchange with no problems and ordered my replacement helmets. The new helmets arrived as promised and they offered to install my Cardo headsets when I picked up the helmets. Great service from Cycle Gear! "
