"From San Diego, L.A. County, and now the Bay Area! The store that I always check first before I go somewhere else. The only cons about it when I ask one of the staff if they do give veterans discount (this pass Veterans Day), he said they do give a discount all year round not only on Veterans Day. I'm kinda happy about it so I told him I think I got what I need so I'm ready to check out. He rings me up and I showed him my Veterans ID so I can get the discount. By the time I got home, I checked my receipt and there is no discount was applied to my receipt? I don't know if he really gives me a discount or what but the prices on the receipt are exactly the same prices on the shelves. "

"Ordered Size 32 online. Turned out to be a little too tight. Brought it in to the Hayward store to exchange to a size 34, 10” before closing. Since they did not have size 34 in store, David tried to process the exchange Online but the price had changed (+$20 from original sale). Since customer service was already closed, David took down my phone # and offered to hold on to my pants until the morning so he can Call contact customer service to honor the sale price i paid. He called me the next day to let me know that it was processed and that it would be shipped to my home and that I would receive a Tracking # within a few days. During the handful of visits, All the HWD CycleGear staff who helped me have been very patient and helpful. David went above and beyond what I expected so I would def recommend CycleGear to all my family and friends. "
