"I was traveling on business and stopped in looking for a specific helmet, which I wasn't sure they would have in stock. Of course they didn't, but Jeff suggested a different helmet that I never would have considered. It was okay, so I set it down and kept looking. Glad I did because I really like the helmet even though it's different than the others I have. Gives me great variety. So I'm glad he was willing to show me other ideas.
