Came back in door to ask how to connect to friends same intercom system ( that's why I bought in the first place) and the response was, "you'll just have to read the directions". Expected a little more after making a $250 purchase."
"I arrived a few minutes before the store opened to try and get two tires mounted and balanced for my dual sport bike.
The girl who opened up the store acted like I was inconveniencing her by being there and told me it would be "at least 2 hours until she could get to it." (There were no other workers there but I was also the only customer). I asked her to text me as soon as she started on it so I could be there to pick up my wheel and tire. She never texted me so 3.5 hrs later I drove back to the store and three employees were there all talking behind the counter with only one customer in the store. She had "just started" on my first wheel and was not done. Long story short, I waited there in the store to pick up the first wheel. They were going to get started on the next wheel soon. I returned to check the status a few hours later and the store actually was crowded. They were not able to get to my other wheel that day and I had to send my wife back to the store a third time (the next morning) to pick up my other wheel.
The only positive was that she did a good job mounting and balancing the wheel and tires. However, the cycle gear website says $30 each to mount and balance a tire. This particular store charges $50 each to do it. (I provided the tires and the tubes).
Sadly, I don't plan on ever returning to the store. Employees act like they don't want to be there and i felt like I was annoying them by being there. In the future, I will seek a good local shop where customer service comes first. "
