"My wife and I were recently in the market for a couple of new helmets so we decided to head over to Cycle Gear to try on a few different brands and see if there was anything we really liked. We really had no intention of buying anything, we just wanted to check out the inventory.

We have been to Cycle Gear many times in the past and we have purchased many things from them. Unfortunately, the Beach Blvd location staff has almost always disappointed us with their lack of knowledge and disinterest in helping us. Despite all this, the Beach Blvd location is the one we chose simply because it is convenient.

This time we ran into the manager of the store and, WOW, what a difference! He was extremely knowledgeable and allowed us to try on several different makes and models of helmets and gave us lots of information to process. He showed us several face shields, explained what pinlock is and gave us the time and space to make an informed decision. We ended up walking out with two new Shoei helmets and the Transitions face shields to go along with them.

Overall, it was a great experience and the manager has restored our faith in this location. Great job!"
