"Came for a helmet. Bought one took it home and was advised to wear it round the house for a while to make sure it was right. It wasn't they exchanged it no fuss. 2 weeks later wearing the new helmet hit a little rock garden coming off a berm at about 35mph. My buddy tells me I landed head first. That was 4 days ago. I still have a headache and feel nauseous but i'm writing this which I doubt I would have been if the fit of the helmet was not perfect. Forever grateful."

"Paul is the guy who helped me get almost all of the street gear I own, been coming to him for years now. Junior is the guy to go to for any and all questions about dirt, he really knows his stuff. Anthony is the all-rounder, ask him anything and he knows what you need. Overall a great selection of gear and a wealth of knowledge in the majority of the team. The store is almost always dialed and easy to find whatever you might be needing and if it's not there the guys will order it for you lickity split. Bikenights are always a hit especially when Bobby Loo next door at VIP Pitstop does suspension tuning. Can't stress it enough, come check these guys out if you need anything motorcycle related."
" This was the second time I stopped into the store and received poor customer service. I stopped in for a pair of motorcycle pants and had one person offer to help but she knew very little about the products they were selling. The other day I stopped in for a pair of boots, the first guy to offer to help basically just told me where they were and didn’t even come over to assist. The second guy was a bit better but after giving me one pair of boots he never returned. The store was not that crowded in fact it was quite empty so I was very surprised I didn’t have someone trying to assist more. Overall the store has good selection and prices are fair and occasionally match Internet prices. I prefer to try on pants and boots in person and not buy over the Internet but I don’t think I will go back to this location for boots or pants. "
"All in all good experience. The original setup for the bike was not done so when I went to test ride it took hours to get ready. Service department was great and spent time explaining the bike and maintenance. The test ride with staff member was great."
"Went to buy a back protector. Only had 1 in stock in my size. When I purchased it , the employee tried to remove the ant theft tag and completely ripped the belt. This was after I had paid for it. I immediately returned it and went home to order online. I will not buy anything from the brick and mortar store anymore. "
