Today I needed a rear tire for a Harley Davidson Electra glide.
They had the Harley Davidson Dunlop tire in stock. I brought my rim in and the manager himself, Jeff installed it for me. Jeff cares about his customers and gives outstanding service.

"I was there to pick up my riding pants and jacket ordered a few days before, so I take advantage and get a couple of items, shop is not big but has enough choices , staff is helpful, so it was an easy shopping. "

"An arrogant sales ask me to put mask and i told him im fully vaccinated and he said its required. I ask if the store has mask to provide and he strongly said NO. This is obviously not Jeff. The guy with the earings. Rude boy. This is just recent and most stores now lifted the mask as optional"

"Went to purchase a communication system for a helmet, literally had it in our hands to cash out, when the salesman took it, said he could recommend one that cost less money. He put the one we grabbed back on the shelf, then started talking about the other ones they had in stock and ultimately said he recommended one that was more than $100 more expensive than the one we initially had. He literally talked himself out of a sale. WTF. We would have happily purchased the one we had, and he literally took it away from us with the idea of saving money and tried to unnecessarily upsell on something we didn't want or need. My girlfriend and I went and purchased one on Amazon instead."

They were out of stock of a jacket, and when asked, immediately called another store to have it delivered. Within 4 days I had the jacket that fit perfectly. "I went in store order a product they told me they will call me in 3-4 days it was Day 7 and I’m the one call to find out if my part was in and to my surprise it was there sitting down . Went back to the store to pick up my part son I’m the counter 3 employees standing around and one was helping a couple looking up some items ai was standing there for 10 mins for one of them to ask me if I’m all set .. I drove from the other side of time before I thought this place was better then the rest of them but I was so wrong smh "
