"On August of this year I went into the store to just get some chain cleaner and lube so I didn’t need any help as I have been to this store many times. One of the new employees there asked if what I needed and I responded with “ nothing thanks “ as I walked toward the isle where the items I was buying where I heard him say to someone else in the store “ If you don’t need anything then why the **** are you here”. I very much wanted to turn around and tell him off but I knew I would flat out lose my temper and end up getting the cops called on myself.
In the end it comes down to employees at this location change very quickly and you need to invest into getting these new employees better training to go back to how the store was when both of the zack’s where running that location "
