"I found the helmet I was looking for"
"Jason was very attentive and knowledgeable on the Sena product I purchased. He spent a lot of time with me and even installed my new bluetooth system in my helmet. Great customer service. "
"Great people and inventory "
"I always find what I need when I go there. The customer service is always great."
"I bought two new helments in Sacramento. My girl preferred a different style on our first outing. Modesto gave us credit and traded me up for the helment she liked!"
"The service rep was very attentive to me answered all my question went out of his way to make sure I had all of the information I needed. Also informed me of any promos that were going on with the products that I was interested in saved me over $200 in free gear / package deals"
"Great services, I will go back "
" Haven't rode my bike all of last year. My battery was dead, they got me a brand-new lithium ion battery. Great service and knowledge of knowing what battery to recommend!!"
"Had a great experience. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable."
"They were very helpful. I order some riding shoes online, they fit big so I went and tried exchanging them, they didn't had the same shoes so I just returned them, and I was able to find other riding shoes with a really affordable price. The cashier was nice and helped with any questions I had."
"Not as much in stock as the cycle gear in Sacramento, but it's close by and has good stuff on clearance most of the time."
"They were very helpful when it came to informing me o n the differences between products."
"They have a wide variety of Motorcycle equipment and gear. Some out of my price range but some is not. It's nice to be able to try on helmets and jackets before you buy. The sales folks seem very knowledgeable; all the ones I spoke to ride so they understand what they are selling."
"Very good customer service and quick tire mount, very happy with my purchase."
"I bought a $350 full face helmet (granted it was on sale). I'd never owned one before so I let the employee that was helping me know that I wasnt sure how it was suppposed to fit. I put the helmet on and he told me that as long as it was comfortable then it was fine. After I got home I opened the paperwork that came with the helmet, did a few suggested tests for fitment and realized that it was too large and more importantly than that, dangerous for me to wear. When I took it back (the same day) the clerk seemed annoyed instead of eager to right his wrong. They didn't have the correct size, wouldnt give me my money back and would only offer store credit. After going through the exchange process I was told that they would be getting the helmet from their San Jose store and that it would only take two days to arrive. I recieved a call 2 days later informing me that they had just ordered it.
4 days later, a total of 6 after the first visit, I gave them a call and asked if my helmet was in. They told me yes that it had been in for 2 days and because of some inventory that they had to do that no one was able to call me. It seems to me that when a customer spends that much money on something and had to exchange it because of pure laziness from an employee they should do whatever is needed to make sure the customers happy. I did not feel like a priority, felt like I was annoying the employee and I doubt that I will ever go back to this shop again. I can't remember the employees name that "helped" me but he's blond and his ASSOC: # is 8985 (according to my reciept). The big guy with the big hair (if you ever go to the Modesto store you'll know who I'm talking about) was kool."
