"Awesome staff in this store. "
"Been a customer there for years now.
Excellent staff and super nice people."
"...I have been a cycle gear customer for around five years or so.....last year I had a problem with a BILT helmet with Bluetooth....I brought the helmet to the store...it was inspected and I was given a no charge replacement.....I was not aware of the warranty on this item....the employees at this store are very polite and helpful........me and my son were on a motorcycle trip across the U S.....his helmet communications device failed when we were in north Carolina....stopped at a cycle gear....and they replaced it with a new one (no charge).....DAMN....cycle gear rocks....I am a happy customer..."
"The staff was very helpful in helping my wife and I pick out gear for our children's first motocross outfits, not to mention the great selection and low prices. Will definitely be returning soon. "
"My first purchase at Cycle gear was a good exsperience. A bit hard on the wallet but the people there were helpfull and friendly so the cost wasnt so painful. Unfortunately I dont have alot of consumer choice in my area that Cycle gear has to compete with. So be it.
My second purchase was not at all as pleasent. First thing when I walked in the store i wasnt greated, nor was there anyone to answer questions that I did have. I wanted a helmet that had a blue tooth that was on sale and i needed some riding pants couple pairs for myself and my son. I picked a couple pairs that had a sale tag hanging over them believing they were the ones advertised since thatsbwhere the tag was. I was able to get some help in the helmet department eventually. Mind you i was the only customer in the the stor and there were at least two sales people there that i had seen. I heard them talking about getting off shortly and wanted to get me iut of there (it was a Friday evening and i totally understood. The sales rep asked what i was looking for and should him the helmet and told him i needed a different size. He looked for a few minutes and asked if this was all imwould be buying. I told him if he found one my size ...yes it would wrap up my purchasing. He handed me a helment and said to try it on, i did, it fit. I took it off and was going to ask him about the bluetooth funtions but he quickly took the helmet and started to the cashier putting it in the helmet bag. Imfigured id figure it out on my own and wasnt too worried....
When we got up to the cashier they had rung up my other items and had them bagged...WOW!!! It was well over $400 and i was pushed iut the door and on my way.
I wanted to trymout my new helmet and did so for the ride home. It was quite comfortable and very quite even tooling down the freeway. I was pleased and forgot about the service ti I got home to shoe my girlfriend. Thats when i realised it had no bluetooth!!!! And i had wore the damn thing home somstuck with now!!!.
I also realised the riding pants were not the sale price and i was a bit ticcked off theynhad rung it up without me there. My gf, said we wiuld go back and see if we could get it takeen care of the next day
We went in where i was told the pants even though the sales tag was still hanging on the very rack i pulled them from were not the ones on sale. With a bad tasre in my miuth i excepted it and had to exchange one for a differnt size which I did. After a few minutes of arguing they agreed to exchange the helmet fo the one imwas originally after (btw it was also less monet then the one i had purchesed). Un fortunately they didnt have one in the store and said i would be able to pick it up the following Tuesday. I was ok with that but getting less and less impressed as the transaction moved forward. I bought my girlfriend a helmet thaat matched the one i was to pick up the next week and a few more items. Again hit with the final purchase price i left the store feeling a bit abused and disapionted....
In the end, i was double charged for the helmet i was to pick up and charged not size exchanged for the pants. It took two and a half weeks to get the helmet and had it not been for my girl friend who oicked up the helmet for me and was able to show them they had double charged me for the helmet i would be out $$350 plus, i was still double charged for the on sale pants that werent on sale even though the tag said they were....what you gonna do.... i was put on hold once while calling to find out when my helmet would be in and was able to hear a conversation regarding employees not getting credit for some kind of tire sales..... i was on hold for 6 min before i gave up and hung up the phone.... honestly if there were another retailer around my erea i wouldnt ever consider going back to cycle gear. As it is i now do most my purchases on line for my moto needs, something i dont care for much but it beats the alternative. I would be lie if i said the last transaction didnt leave a bad taste in my mouth so I wont. Youd think with the inflated prices you pay youd get some better customer care.....
Honestly i"
"Great people. Tiffany is very knowledgable and her customer service is great."
"Great and friendly staff, but went in a number of times to get a certain harley oil and they were always out, so i finaly asked and they said there inventory was messed up and didnt know when they would get any in, so i ask if they could order some an its like, oh well let me ask, it was like they didnt want to but they did and it only took till the next day to come in so that was a plus, but now when i can find something i will be making them order it from now on, other then that issue i love that place."
"Cycle Gear Customer services is exceptionally well. They are knowledgeable of all parts and services in store... And Friendly...
