"First visit to this one since moving from AZ. The experience was no less than any other time. Very satisfied and wouldn't have it any other way. "
"On 9/24/16, I purchased a luggage bag from your newly opened Morrow Georgia store. On 9/20/17, I returned with the bag, all of it's original tags, the life time warranty paperwork and the broken strap. My first contact was with a employee named Lawrence. I presented the bag and the broken strap with all the paperwork and told Lawrence I bought this here about a year ago, the bike is stored inside, the bag was not put on the bike until this spring and the only time it was exposed to the weather was on sunny days when I ride. Lawrence asked if I bought it at this store and I told him yes. He immediately replied "Couldn't have we weren't here a year ago". I told him the store had just opened when I purchased the bag so it was a year or just shy of a year I didn't remember the exact date. Lawrence replied "Oh then you don't have your receipt!" I told him when the man sold me the bag I specifically asked if I needed to keep the receipt and was told no I did no due to it being stored on your computer system could he please look it up. Lawrence looked it up and printed me my receipt showing I purchased the bag on 9/24/16, Lawrence failed to acknowledge in any way that he was wrong claiming I couldn't have purchased the bag a year ago. It went down him from there, I was very annoyed at his attitude toward me and his unwillingness to even try to help. It seemed to me he had made his mind up that he was not going to make good on the warranty as soon as I walked in. I continued to be polite and asked what I needed to do to get the bag replaced as the warranty said it would. Lawrence said he didn't think it would be due to the sun damaged the strap. I said well I only ride on sunny days but I do think it should've lasted longer than one summer before the strap rotted through. Lawrence disagreed and said let me see the bag I handed the bag to him and he asked where the bottom piece was, I told him in the bag, he looked in the bag and told me the only thing in there is the divider. I took the bag back and told him I would check at my house and return with the entire bag. When I got to my house I looked around for the missing piece and couldn't find it, I checked the bag where I remembered putting it and there it was sitting on the bottom of the bag. I returned to the store with the entire bag and to Lawrence, I told him the piece was in the bottom of the bag he just needed to lift the divider up. He told me it wasn't there when he looked then he told me he would have to get a manager because he didn't think the bag could be exchanged. At this point I'm so angry, this man just called me a liar for the last time. The manager came out his name was Tay, he was polite, helpful, explained that the company no longer has a lifetime warranty and the replacement should I choose that bag again only has a 2 year warranty now. I exchanged the bag for another one and left. Lawrence was so rude, his attitude towards me was antagonistic and adversarial from the start. Although I was given the new bag eventually, I obviously had to jump through some hoops for Lawrence first before I could even get to the person who would help me. I will not return to Cycle Gear again I will travel further, pay more, shop online, or just do without rather than return to a place that puts such little emphasis on customer service and simple common courtesy. "
"I don't recall the salesman's name, but from the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked what I'm looking for. I was looking for race gloves and was given the opportunity to try on gloves. The salesman answered my questions and I choose a quality pair of race gloves at a great price that fit me well. Thanks CycleGear! "

"Tay was there to save the day! We bought 2 helmets in 2 days. One was out of stock, so it had to be transferred from another store, and the second one turned out to be too small. We had no problems with swapping the one that was too small, and the first one came when promised! Apparently, BILT helmets run small, because that was the case with both of ours. Sue's original helmet was a GMAX women's medium. The first one she bought was a BILT men's medium, which was too small, so she ended up buying a men's large. My original, was an HJC large, and I ended up having to order a BILT XL. "
"I needed a summer jacket the sales person took the the time to show and let me try several jackets with no sales pressure. I made my selection and bam! I rode to Destin Fla. in my new summer jacket.
Thank you Cycle Gear, Morrow GA"
