"Went in for the SENA Bluetooth 2OS Communication System. Staff was totally knowledgeable of the product and offered to install the system free of charge. During installation they found out I needed the SENA Slim Speaker Pack, same quality with slimmer speakers for more comfort in my particular helmet and the service guy did a total switch out without hesitation. They know their product , care about their customer and I would highly recommend Cycle Gear, Morrow to anybody!"

"We came in close to closing time. We bought a helmet, jacket, pants, and boots for my wife. The sales representative really did a good job getting us everything we needed quickly. At checkout we realized we forgot gloves. The manager told us that we could not get the gloves because it was already 10 minutes after closing time. My wife was upset with them and I paid for my almost $600 order and left with new gear for my wife from head to toe, except her hands."

"I had gone in the the Morrow store a couple different times and each time I have been disappointed. I have purchased brakes 2 different times and I had paid someone to put them on. They have been the wrong brakes both times and they gave me problems each times. I purchase a bluetooth from a different location with the warranty and one of the sales person at this location gave me issues with this. I really don't have a problem with cycle gear but I have a problem with this particular location. I will always go to Cumberland or any other location to purchase any equipment from Cycle Gear but I won't purchase anything from Morrow location if I can help it."
